About us
Our animal couriers are experienced animal handlers from an animal welfare background, and we prioritise the safely and comfort of animals placed in our care. We're committed to making travel as stress-free, seamless and comfortable for your animals as possible.
We can provide road travel from Spain to/from England and France, Airfreight between Spain / UK and UK / Spain and can coordinate your pet travel with your fight arrangements. We are able to offer an accompanied service where you can travel in comfort with your pets to most EU Destinations.
We are experienced with pet passports, can provide advice, assist with trouble shooting difficulties, and can provide solutions to some quite challenging situations.
We are now able to offer travel plans between Spain and other parts of the world. If it fits for us to provide the travel from Spain to the rest of the world, we will give you our best service.
We are good with elderly pets, pets that need medication at regular intervals and pets that have special needs.
Quarantine Service
We are registered DEFRA Quarantine Carriers, and as an independent Agent can arrange quarantine and safe carriage of your pets from your door to the door of a Quarantine Kennels or Cattery of your choice in the UK. We can provide your import paperwork as well as provide advice.
Guidelines and standards
Animalcouriers works within the guidelines and to the approved standards for each type of animal we transport:
• As pet shippers, we follow IATA (International Air Travel Association) guidelines for the air transport of animals
• we belong to IPATA (International Pet Animal Transport Association)
• we are DEFRA-registered Hauliers with a licence to transport animals on journeys of more than 8 hours
