Club La Costa World of Resorts & Hotels has an exciting, ongoing expansion programmed to ensure our continued success and NOW has openings available for these two important roles: LEISURE SALES ADMINISTRATOR Responsible for the accurate processing, admin and reconciliation of holiday accommodation rentals through two software systems. Candidates must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with TSW or Dolphin an advantage, experience in a travel-related industry using web-based booking systems and good written and spoken communications skills in English and Spanish. Attention to detail will be key to success. CLUB OPERATIONS REPORTING ADMINISTRATOR Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all club and member information within our software system, producing business reports and supporting and developing system functionality using Crystal/SQL. You must have experience of manipulating relational databases and detailed knowledge of SQL queries and Crystal report writing. Strong communications skills in English, coupled with a logical, pro-active approach, will be the factors that determine success.
