Every project starts with a fully itemised quotation detailing all costs. The Client is also given a Scope of Works as well as a Program of Works detailing timescales for the project. With the addition of 3D drawings showing the planned works, the Client is fully aware of what is to be delivered.
A Project Manager is assigned to each Client and their main role is to ensure that the Client is kept fully informed on progress and that timescales are adhered to.
